Honouring Culture. Building For Tomorrow.
Our Story
Inresa Construction Limited was founded in Ōtautahi (Christchurch) by a builder who believed construction could be something more than a transaction. Affiliated with Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu, we bring whanaungatanga and manaakitanga into every relationship, with clients, subcontractors, and the wider Canterbury community.
Over nearly two decades, we've grown from a small residential outfit into a full-service construction company delivering homes, commercial premises and architectural projects across the South Island, without ever losing sight of the values that got us here.
Our Commitment
Tohungatanga (expert craftsmanship) means every joint, junction and finish is held to a standard we'd be proud to put our name on. Kaitiakitanga guides how we source materials and manage sites, protecting people, the whenua and future generations.
Tikanga and rangatiratanga shape our leadership, doing things properly, ethically, and with full accountability from the first quote to the final handover.
